The New York Times Joins The Meaning of Liff Business

New words are constantly entering the English language, but I read today that the New York Times joined the Liff business by explicitly inviting teenagers to create missing words for discernable meanings; A la Adams and Lloyd’s The Meaning of Liff and Rich Hall’s Sniglets.

Writing in The Galleries (II)

Powerful words, images, and questions come pouring out of me, onto the pages of my journal, when I attend the Santa Barbara Museum of Art’s Writing in The Galleries program. The Map is HERE!

My single early copy of the map is here…But I can’t open it.

The whole point of having it rushed to me was to do an unboxing video. Filming is scheduled for Saturday.

TWO DAYS. It will taunt me for TWO DAYS…

I feel like Dirk, running through the night, desperately...
