*** I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. ***
Nadette Rae Rodger’s thrilling novel Echo continues the story of Addison and Zach as they grapple with their ever-present dreams. Soon these dreams start to transform into living nightmares as more details of the past are revealed. Why is Mitch so determined on seeking revenge? What is Aunt Carrie’s relationship with dreams? How are these two lives intertwined? All is uncovered in this second installment of the Illusion Trilogy.
A major strength of this novel is the way it seamlessly incorporates numerous different perspectives. Though the main narrator is Addison, we also see through the eyes of Mitch and read several journal entries written by Aunt Carrie. Coupled with very short chapters, the constant rotation of different perspectives adds suspense, intrigue, and depth to the novel. Moreover, I appreciate the use of different fonts to…

This week the theme was “song” and I happened to have a line from one of my favorite chapters of Echo (out 9.2.17) that I wanted to share with you all.

Hi all!
I’m so thrilled to announce that I will be featured at a book signing event the week before Christmas in Naples, Florida.
The event will be held at the Sara Campbell store on the quaint Third Street in Naples! It is one of my favorite places to visit there, there is so much to do and see- and eat! The Sara Campbell store is the cutest store I’ve ever seen, and I am so excited for this signing at a store with such quality, beautiful clothing that is all made in the USA. I never dreamed I would be doing a signing on Third Street in Naples! Dreams do come true!!
It will be held Tuesday, December 19th and Thursday, December 21st from 2:00 to 5:00 pm both days.
If you’re around the Naples area, please stop in one of the days and see me! I’ll be there with Illusion and Echo, which will be just released.
Wine Ambassador, Marilyn Mainelli will be there as well featuring some wines from The Boisset Collection.
So stop by, grab some last minute holiday gifts, sip some wine, and chat with us! It will be such a lovely event.
Hope to see you there!

ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS REVIEW MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!
Thank you to the author, Nadette Rae Rodgers for sending me a copy of this book. This in no way affects my thoughts about it.
Echo is a book that even when you’re not reading it, you find yourself thinking about it.
This book still follows the life of Addison, a girl who has very interesting but unusual dreams. She’s still trying to figure out how to handle those dreams, and how she can stop them. Along with Zach, they discover different secrets that are going to blow your mind.

If you like dreams, YOU NEED TO READ THIS BOOK.
This lovely blogger shared her thoughts about my books today. She is so sweet! Thanks for the kind words Enchanted Readers! Check out her post here:
Last year, author Nadette Rae Rodgers was kind enough to send me a copy of her first novel called Illusion which is part of a trilogy about dreams, and when I say dreams I mean ‘real-messed-up-dreams’. I read that book without expectations, and holy guacamole, it was absolutely amazing.
I have a full review for the first book, and also, I interviewed Nadette. You can read both posts here:
Interview to Nadette Rae Rodgers

Hoo Just Wrote a Children’s Book? Me!
Hello everyone!
I’m so excited to announce the “secret project” I have been working on for the past few weeks.
*DRUM ROLL*
I wrote a children’s book!
I teamed up with a baby clothing and accessory company called Hoo Loves You to create a children’s ebook to go with their adorable baby products. Their products will be available on Amazon soon, but for now my latest book is available for the Kindle and Kindle App!
The book is called “Hoo Loves You” (based on the company’s brand name) and it centers on an owl (their company logo). It’s full of animals and fun rhymes.

I’m really excited to be a part of this awesome en devour with Hoo Loves You brand. The little girl I babysit for has been telling me I need to write a book for kids her age to read, so I was thrilled to have this opportunity to write a book for her.
