ITALIAN CLASS GETTING BIGGER
Folks,
Writing is only one of my passions. Another is learning the proper way to speak Italian. My wife and I take classes once a week and most of the time it is only a couple of students. This week we had seven and I wanted to show you the picture. Great times. Moto bene!!

LIT CRAWL WAS A BIG HIT
Folks,
I was very surprised with the turnout for the first annual Lit Crawl in Fernandina Beach. There was standing room only in J.J. Copper’s. It was nice talking about the book and how the process of getting from the start of a manuscript to the finish. A lot of great questions about the writing side of the process and how to sell your book once it is out there (which is the hardest part). Can’t wait until the next Crawl.

BACK FROM VACATION
Folks,
After working since I was 16 years old, I needed a break. The last couple of months of really not getting on the computer and giving my head a break was nice. I will probably do it more often, just not two months. I am back and so is the writing. The third book is coming along nicely. Hope to see out in the book world real soon.

MELBOURE FLORIDA WRITERS CONFERENCE WAS A BLAST

JACKSONVILLE BOOK FESTIVAL
Folks,
This year’s book festival was a lot better than previous years. Not too many complaints. The even had a band set up for our entertainment at the conference room. The crowds were great for R.L. Stine. Can’t wait until next year!!

HILLIARD HIGH SCHOOL PRESENTATION
Folks,
It was an honor to spend the morning with over 400 students at the Hilliard High School in Florida. As part of the “Authors in Literacy program” for the second year in the row, I can’t say enough about how important reading is to the students. This was the first year that we were able to give each student a free book. Awesome. See you next year.
