chaos mixed with creativity
Hey my friend,
It has been a clusterf&*k last couple of weeks for me, so many good things when I take the time to reflect, but then a shitstorm of financial stress, pet trauma and more bills, and my mom going to the hospital with a broken back and then contracting covid, wondering if I should stay or go, taking care of the unexpected bills, taxes, working on exciting projects, celebrating up a super fabulous mastermind of my women clients who finished up rocking their world after the last 3 months (and more), a weekly journaling class that blows my mind every week as I teach it (with an Anthology coming out soon), and more… and many women I’ve talked to have said the same thing… planets aligned where??? Overwhelm mixed with goodness… chaos mixed with creativity. Has this affected you too?
This is LIFE! As we know it, as we create it, as we choose what we are wanting, and how to move forward with choices, decisions, opportunities… it is up to you.
Some of you, along with me, are multi-passionate women, who are on a long and lovely path of creating, of creation, of stepping into a life of worthy intentions and beauty, of engaging and connecting deeper within yourselves. And therefore, your people.

What does being abundant mean to you?
What does being abundant mean to you?
I was thinking about the word, abundance. I wrote about it in my last book ( From Soulless Job To Creative Abundance: Finding Prosperity From Your Art). I think the word has different meanings to many people. Positive and negative meanings. Abundance. Money. Riches, Wealth, More, Having, Large quantity, affluence, plentiful, too much, overflowing, copious, sinful, lack of, scarcity. Got a few more?
You can get into different mindsets about it too. Desiring more abundance, Dreaming of having more. Wanting more money. Or the I can’t ever have enough, I’m not good enough to be rich, I’ll never make more money. I can’t have that luxury, I feel the lack of, Rich people are snobs, I’m a starving artist, imposter syndrome… all the stories.
What is your abundance story? Are you allowing your abundance to come to you? Or do you keep stopping yourself? Putting up blocks. Self-sabotaging your desires. Thinking you aren’t worthy of having more of what you want?

When life smacked me upside the head and said
“Don’t you get it yet, woman”
I got it, I got it, I said back to life!
Been saying the same old stores about no money, unworthiness, lifestyle changes, getting older, career impossibilities.
I was stuck in a rock and roll world, of artist starvation stories, freak flag flying no man’s land, dark dark nights, and the same repeating and flagellating stories of lack and loss.
Once upon a time, everything I touched turned to gold, every creation, idea, project, all my desires/
Then I fell down, got kicked down even further, but I wasn’t going to give up. I got up, I kept dancing, I moved with a masculine-driven force of not quitting.
Yes, somewhere, I know I needed to turn inward and I tuned in, turned on my feminine drive, again, lost somewhere down that road of excess, I wanted that graceful and intuitive connection. I could not force anything to happen. I listen deep, shifting my mindset. I asked for guidance from source, but also opened up to my vulnerability and asked for human support too.
Yes, it was time to reinvest and reinvent myself, having always been a chameleon of my delicious life!
Continuing on with the beautiful intention of finding my new story, and new ways of self-care, releasing that old shit that had tied me down.
And the gold is returning, my friends and yours can come into being too, manifesting your desire… Talk to me and let’s make YOU happen!
Surrender my friends, is sweet and so simple. And the beginning of opening up to so much more, with ease and grace. Feminine ways of creation and connection. Moving with life and all my possibilities. Becoming that possibilitarian ( I’m always talking to you about!), instead of that old me of doom and gloom and settling for less, afraid to upset anything or anyone around me.

After coming to a point in life where she was “sick and tired of being sick and tired,” needed some changes. Through small actions and goal setting, Stephanie Lueras has lost over 200 pounds through balanced nutrition and movement, without the use of restrictive dieting, commercial weight loss plans, or supplements. She has gained a love of endurance sports, running marathons, and is currently training for Ironman-distance races. And who knew years ago, that today I would belong to a group of Palm Springs ladies, and do luncheons, with some of whom have made enormous contributions to the valley here, and art and goings-on around the desert, philanthropists, movers, and shakers, and all have such great stories to tell…
The beauty of women!All women, all ages, all sizes, all ethnicities, all women
We come together to move, to share, to dance, to connect
I have traveled the world for 30 years teaching dance, tribal bellydance, and movement,
But not just dance
The dance, the movement, is the artistic medium, the way, in and through the body, the way to create
And find our own inner and outer beauty
Our own creative freedom
I have taught journaling, and written books to share
To find their voice and speak out loud
for the expression of the word, the soul, the brain as well as the body,
for them to find their choice of passion,
for the joy of sharing,
Of finding their purpose in life,
of connecting, in women’s groups, of being seen and being heard,
Women have transformed because of this dance, sharing with each other, instead of competition, but inclusion, lifting each other up
On their own private paths, to wellness, wholeness, self-love and acceptance
And opening not only their bodies, but their heart and souls to the possibilities of their
Visions for their fulfillment,
Some have started their own businesses,
some have stepped deeper into their creative mode of genius,
some have stood still to love and be loved
For satisfaction and the joy of living
For falling in love with themselves again, or for the first time.
What I’m talking about is the celebration of that reunion with the self, and with each other, women, honor your connections and your own personal joy!

The Sacred Temple
Of my soul
Housing the beauty
Engaging the opening, enraging the fire
Spreading wide
Fully, to reach the wholeness
Of feeling,
Bliss, elation
Spreading the story of grace
Graceful being
Graceful movement
Graceful longing
Graceful beauty
The devadasi within dances on the flames
Feeling the wildness
Ecstatic union with myself
Re:union
Finding the ripeness
Lusciousness of the rainstorm
As it feeds the soil
I feel it seeping into my pores
Awakening that sleeping queen turning nymph
In the garden of delight
Running wild and rampant
Retreating in and stirring those embers
The beauty
Oozes its juiciness nonstop
Eyes rolling with the continuous
Birthing of vision
Eye candy, gorgeousness
Rampant, exquisite orgasmic life
Unleashing the wild and
Sacred temple
