I am me, I almost forgot
It’s nice to have some affirmation
But staying true to self, that’s confirmation
We walk the path and share the joys
But both grow and develop as life employs
As I respond, to the challenge and become fulfilled
Hopefully the new me, will keep him thrilled

Anniversary! a year has come and gone
Today I celebrate my blogs song
Word press says it’s been a year
Since I struggled to make my blog, with much good cheer
The idea was to introduce my book
To study relationships as I undertook
To change myself and learn to be
I sure poured my soul into poetry
I wrote some articles to start debate
Hasn’t really happened,at this date
Maybe that formulaic mix ain’t right
Need to change, shine a brighter light
My text snippets come straight from life
Cruising cyberspace,from where they derive
A novel and a book of verse
A blog that’s being visited, could be worse
Maybe I have met some nebulous goals
Had lots of fun, and I must suppose
I have learnt so much and climbed a learning curve
Just need time to practice before I peak, lol so absurd
Anniversary a whole year of fun and endeavour

From our eternal dream
Is a perfect symbiosis
With absolutely no neurosis
What are these nebulous things
These emotions that pull our strings
Our desire for the perfect love
Perfection, benediction, totally enough
Attraction, sex and lust
Humour, courage, fairy dust
Perfect symbiosis
What changes the diagnosis
Bubble burst
Relationship cursed
Unrealistic expectations
Faulty communications
Life getting in the way
Morality strays
Lust goes out the door
Got to work hard to adore
The underlying theme
Perfect symbiosis the scheme
Work on the inner self
Don’t stack your needs on a shelf
Tolerance and trust
Stop communication rust
Nurture the sexual bond
Variety to keep it strong
Stop the neurosis
