He loves me,he loves me not

I am me, I almost forgot

It’s nice to have some affirmation

But staying true to self, that’s confirmation

We walk the path and share the joys

But both grow and develop as life employs

As I respond,  to the challenge and become fulfilled

Hopefully the new me, will keep him thrilled
