What kindles friendships fire?

I look at my friends and see such diverse human beings

What is the recipe ,what makes us gel?

With some I share interests,with some it’s harder to tell

With some I would bare my soul, but with others I would share just parts

I suppose with all, they touch my heart

Shared memories,laughter and gossip sprinkled into the mix

Acceptance of my non perfect state, a non judgemental fix

Kind gestures, actions that inspire

Are the kindling of friendships fire.

Emotional stirring

With all the words between us

Creating the bonds of lust

On the precipice of bliss

Oh so ready for your kiss

Ready to rocket off into space

Holding a vivid image of your face

Firmly in my mind enshrined

The feeling of your being, so divine

Bubbling and brewing emotional stirring

Joy, just keeps reoccurring

Headed toward release ready to fall

Joined together feeling all

Softly into your vision I land

Really really need some feedback. There are other ideas but this is my favourite….unless you tell me differently.

I need your ideas….to help me out of a dilemma

I am about to produce a book of poetry with images. Having had a few discussions I am confused about what sort of images to use. Some of the poetry has sexual imagery and so, should I go down the route of romantic, mildly erotic or erotica images or go for visual imagery that gives hints and is beautiful.

So what would you vote for.

What type of images might make you look or not look at a book.

Please help me with this by giving me your views.
