Monster Girl Carnival: Book 3 (Monster Girl Erotica): Mantis Prey
I am really happy with how the cover turned out, and shout out to the artist that made it happen.

Now I will try to finish a promise I made and end Those Who Love Monster Girl series by this time next month. From there I will start a new series hopefully while doing Monster Girl Carnival on the side.

The Wait.
Honestly the worst thing about writing sometimes is when you finish your side of things, and you are just waiting for either the right time to release your work.
At the very least it gives me more time to work on my current novella to make it the best version possible while also letting me work on my old series to bring them better quality.
Release times windows/etc are rather important and missing one or messing it up can really bring down the momentum of a good day.

Going back and editing Lord of Dusk
I went back and read some of Lord of Dusk, and there are quite a few more errors than I remembered. So many, that I think some of my chapter edits weren't saved to the final manuscript for Crimson Onlooker.
As a result, I'm going back and editing all of them. Similar to what I did to the first 8 or so novellas of those who love monster girls.
For those who already downloaded them or purchased them. Please look out for the changes!

Editing on Monster Girl Carnival 3 has finished
I have just got done editing today, which is fantastic. My artist is slowly starting the cover, so expect it to be released around the 15th of this month give or take a few days.
The extra time will allow me to look into anything I may have missed, and I'm excited for the release since I wasn't able to release last month and I'll keep you all updated as I continue.

Editing Woes
Already half way done editing the next novella. Though I think I will take extra care, since this one is a bit out of my dept compared to the other more light-hearted stuff.
With that said, I do wish my editing program was more smooth even if it is the best on the market.
I mostly use Grammarly for my editing and I love them for what amounts to a $20 a month. (It's really $60 every three months)
Though when I insert chapters that are more than 5000 words it tends to run a bit weird. I don't know if it's my computer or just the program.
It's not a big deal and since I no longer edit the entire novella in one or two days. (That was a nightmare) it lets me take my time.

The Love of Writing
Honestly, I just kind of love writing, at times it is weird for me to talk about it like this. But as the next novella is being finished up I can't help but reflect.
The most fun I ever had writing a series was from Lord of Dusk. I put a lot of energy and some creativity into it. And while it may not age well, I can't help but fondly look at it.
I am sorry for the lack of post yesterday, I actually had a horrible coughing fit. However like I said, the writing portion of the next novella is being finished up and the cover art is being started tonight.
I appreciate the patience and I know sometimes I might miss a month, but be sure that I always try to release something once a month.

Been Sick Lately
Write after I wrote my previous post I ended up coming down with a nasty cold. Don't worry I have still been writing and nothing has changed about the release date. In fact I hope to get it done earlier than expected.
If the artist allows me I will even show the cover image early for those who are interested.
I've been taking medicine every night and Zinc as well to help with my immune system.
As for the novella itself, like I said everything is going smoothly and hopefully be around the editing phase this weekend.

Quality of my old work
I have talked about this before, but I am not really 100% happy about my work from 2015 and early 2016. I don't hate writing any of it, and I really enjoyed it while I was writing it.
However as I move on I want a bit more polish from my works. I won't be deleting them, however in the next 2-3 months I may be going back over them and either touching some of them up or doing a rewrite of them.
I might also go back to my longer series and look through them.

Monster Girl Carnival 3 to be released soon.
I've been working hard on the next novella and even managed to find a replacement artist for it. Things have been going smoothly and I should be finish writing and editing in the next 10 days.
Though that is more an estimated time. It could be a little more or a little less. I try to deliver content on a monthly bases, and when I don't it's either because something came up or I physically can't.
So, it goes without saying that I'm really happy I am almost finished with this novella.
I felt my last one was a bit too sweet, so this one is going to be...not darker, but a bit more NTRish

The Next Novella will probably have a different cover artist.
Nothing bad happened between us or anything. Just another thing came up and they have other projects they need to finish.
Sadly, I also can't postpone the release of the next Novella for May. As that would set back all my projects for a month, so I decided to get another artist.
I tend to want to be consistent with my cover art. However things like this tend to happen and it's no one's fault.
So don't be surprise if the next cover art has a slightly different feel to it compared to the previous ones for Monster Girl Carnival.
