Hyper Japan Christmas Markets

Today, I went to the Hyper Japan Christmas Markets in London. It was held at Tabacco Dock, which I thought was a really nice venue - in fact, I prefered it to the 02 (where the Hyper Japan Festival was held earlier in the year) because as we walked around we kept finding more sections hidden away!   To be honest it was pretty much the same as the event held earlier in the year, with many of the same stalls. We only got tickets for the morning section, not the whole day, and really that was more

Mockingjay - Part 2

Yesterday evening a friend and I went to the cinema to see the final instalment of The Hunger Games - Mockingjay, Part 2. As expected it was a great film, I'd even go so far as to say it was my favourite out of all four movies.  Katniss was back to her usual kick-ass self after being a little 'broken' in the third film and I even liked Peeta in this movie - I haven't in the other.   My favourite part was in the sewers, when the mutts attacked - I knew it was coming, but I still jumped! And the

Cast!!!

After I had so much fun creating a cast for my other books, I thought I'd do the same for No Rest for the Wicked! It was really hard finding actors and actresses that fit the physical appearance of my characters, but I've found the closest fit!     Elira --- Emilia Clarke Anthony --- James Marsden Moira --- Lesley Nicol Hen --- Chandler Canterbury Graham --- Tom Felton

Harry Potter World and Imagine Dragons!

My best friend and I had a great day in London yesterday, we visited Harry Potter Word, then wrapped up the day by going to see Imagine Dragons play at the 02. It was amazing... all of it!   Harry Potter world was brilliant. I'm not a huge fan, but visiting the sets and learning how they did all the special effects made me want to go back and read all the books, as well as doing a movie-marathon of the films.
