Wicked Lies

Wicked Lies (Men of Summer, Book Two), by Lora Leigh Blurb:   Jazz has never been known as a good boy. A good drinker. A good partier. A damned good builder, and a hell of a good liar. Those are all descriptions that come to mind when the citizens of Loudon, Tennessee think of the tall, muscular, laughter-filled charmer they know as Jazz. And Jazz will admit to all of them: he likes to play; he likes to tease. And a little white lie surely never hurt anyone. Until the sexy, too-shy

Until Friday Night

Until Friday Night (The Field Part Series, Book One), by Abbi Glines     Blurb:   To everyone who knows him, West Ashby has always been that guy: the cocky, popular, way-too-handsome-for-his-own-good football god who led Lawton High to the state championships. But while West may be Big Man on Campus on the outside, on the inside he’s battling the grief that comes with watching his father slowly die of cancer. Two years ago, Maggie Carleton’s life fell apart when her father murdered her mother.

Wildlife Photographer of the Year

Today I went to Brighton to see the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition. It's displayed at the Brighton Museum (near the Pavilion) and I've been meaning to go since I saw it advertised a few months back - luckily, I managed to get around to it because it ends on the 6th of September. The pictures were all good, but some of them were truly brilliant! My favourites were the ones of the lions, as well as the one with the cougar by the Hollywood sign and a picture of a small gecko on some
