Cast of Ghetto!
Okay, so I recently discovered that you can create a cast for your book on Wattpad - after I discovered this I had great fun trying to put together my ideal cast for Ghetto. Sunny = Sophie Turner (I know, Sunny is supposed to be really short, but apart from the height Sophie Turner is pretty much a perfect match!) Sin = Alex Pettyfer (This is who I always pictured as Sin) Kit = Thomas Brodie-Sangster

The Maid
The Maid, by Kimberly Cutter. Blurb: It is the fifteenth century, and France is under siege. English soldiers tear through the countryside destroying all who cross their path, and Charles VII, the uncrowned king, has neither the strength nor the will to rally his army. And in the quiet of her parents' garden in Domremy, a peasant girl sees a spangle of light and hears a powerful voice speak her name. "Jehanne." I started reading this book knowing next to nothing about Jean of Arc and

Quicksilver
Quicksilver (Ultraviolet Book 2), by R.J. Anderson This review links to my previous review of Ultraviolet. Blurb: Back in her hometown, Tori Beaugrand had everything a teenaged girl could want—popularity, money, beauty. But she also had a secret. A secret that could change her life in an instant, or destroy it. Now she’s left everything from her old life behind, including her real name and Alison, the one friend who truly understood her. She can’t escape who and what she is. But if she

Ultraviolet
Ultraviolet, (Book 1), by R.J. Anderson Blurb: Once upon a time there was a girl who was special. This is not her story. Unless you count the part where I killed her. Sixteen-year-old Alison has been sectioned in a mental institute for teens, having murdered the most perfect and popular girl at school. But the case is a mystery: no body has been found, and Alison's condition is proving difficult to diagnose. Alison herself can't explain what happened: one minute she was fighting with Tori

Sleeping with the Enemy
Sleeping with the enemy, by Nancy Price Blurb: She is a stranger in a small town. She changed her name. Her looks. Her life. All to escape the most dangerous man she ever met. Her husband. Okay, so I don't usually say this, but the film is better than the book. This is one of my favourite films and I was disappointed by the book to be honest. I wasn't keen on the writing style, I felt it was very blunt with a lot of short sentances, which I didn't really like. And the supposed hero,

Poison
Poison, (Tales from the Kingdoms, Book 1), by Sara Pinborough Blurb: It's Snow White, but not as you know her... Take a wicked queen, a handsome prince, a beautiful princess, and a poisoned apple... ... and now read the true story of Snow White, told the way it always should have been... Okay, so I'm not really sure how to review this book. It's a nice looking, little hardback book - though I think the picture on the back ruins it a little. When I say it advertised as an adult

SUGAR AND SNOW
I went to Sugar and Snow yesterday, a great little ice cream parlour in Horsham. Seriously, if you like near there and haven't been, you definately should. It's the best ice cream I've ever had, but that's not all they do - there's also american pancakes, crepes, waffles and much more on the menu. But back to the ice cream! They do traditional flavours, as well as some more adventurous ones, like bubblegum and their trademark Sugar and Snow flavour! Yesterday I tried, peach and bananna, both of
