Ain’t Good People (The Sonnet)
Ain’t no good people we,
If goodness means blindness.
Ain’t no practical folks we,
If practicality means selfishness.
Ain’t no sane citizens we,
If sanity means indifference.
Ain’t no smart bunch we,
If smartness brings arrogance.
Ain’t no articulate minds we,
If articulation means mindless accuracy.
Ain’t no civilized society we,
If civilization means hypocrisy.
We are the force capable of mastering a planet.
Let’s live not as machines but conscience incarnate.
If goodness means blindness.
Ain’t no practical folks we,
If practicality means selfishness.
Ain’t no sane citizens we,
If sanity means indifference.
Ain’t no smart bunch we,

Synthetic Civilization (The Sonnet)
The watchwords of civilization,
Are reason and inclusion.
Yet we live by the golden rules,
Of rigidity and exclusion.
We dress up in fancy clothes,
To feel powerful and important.
Beneath the lies of civilization,
Beats a heart most impotent.
We boast proudly about equality,
Unaware of our biases most inane.
We admire the rights of our own,
Rights of others are business of the UN.
Enough of this make belief ascension.
It’s time to humanize our synthetic civilization.
Are reason and inclusion.
Yet we live by the golden rules,
Of rigidity and exclusion.
We dress up in fancy clothes,
To feel powerful and important.
Beneath the lies of civilization,
Beats a heart most impotent.
We boast proudly about equality,

Enough of this make belief ascension.

In The Church of Liberty (The Sonnet)
In the church of liberty,
Light a candle of conviction.
Do not move an inch,
Even in the face of annihilation.
Freedom, curiosity and inclusivity,
These are the beads of our soul.
Standing true to these watchwords,
We will reach our supreme goal.
If we want there to be serenity,
Destroy we must our insane egotism.
Real rest comes through humility,
When we discover the self in collectivism.
World peace and harmony are all fiction.
If conscience is awake there'll be ascension.
Light a candle of conviction.
Do not move an inch,
Even in the face of annihilation.
Freedom, curiosity and inclusivity,
These are the beads of our soul.
Standing true to these watchwords,
We will reach our supreme goal.
If we want there to be serenity,

World peace and harmony are all fiction.
If conscience is awake there'll be ascension.

This is Not Us (The Sonnet)
This is not us,
Practicing savages abhorrent.
This is not sapiens,
Intelligent yet filthy indifferent.
Some think we are advanced,
But self-absorption is no advancement.
Some say we have built a free world,
But irresponsible freedom is mere derangement.
Fancy clothes and accessories make no human,
Nor do those shallow etiquettes.
When we have no kindness for others,
We are just good-looking cannibals.
This cannot be the definition of humanity.
Need of the hour is a life of inclusivity.
Practicing savages abhorrent.
This is not sapiens,
Intelligent yet filthy indifferent.
Some think we are advanced,
But self-absorption is no advancement.
Some say we have built a free world,
But irresponsible freedom is mere derangement.

Either Aşkistan or Junglistan (A Sonnet)
Ours is either aşkistan,
Land of love founded on amity,
Or it is an archaic junglistan,
Run by contagious self-centricity.
What is civilized is also unselfish,
For selfishness makes the animal,
Across the self there is humanity,
What is unselfish is also accountable.
Technology may bring comfort,
But it doesn't ensure ascension,
When comfort belongs to the privileged,
Such progress is mere descension.
Over 3 billion years have gone in selfishness,
It's time to unself our soul and rise as sapiens.

Sonnet of Holy Water | Handcrafted Humanity
A new day starts with a new you,
And I ain't talkin' about born again nonsense.
A bigot baptized a thousand times is still a bigot,
A human helping another is Christ himself.
There is no second coming, there’s no reincarnation,
Except when we go from selfishness to kindness.
We are the messiahs and saviors of our people,
Nobody's gonna fall from the sky to lift the helpless.
The liquor store sells you the same divinity,
That the holy store sells you for even higher price.
We'll be born again when we abolish such divinity,
By baptizing the soil of society with our sacrifice.
The tears of joy someone sheds because of you,
Are the only holy water to build the world anew.
And I ain't talkin' about born again nonsense.
A bigot baptized a thousand times is still a bigot,
A human helping another is Christ himself.
There is no second coming, there’s no reincarnation,
Except when we go from selfishness to kindness.

Mission Immortal (The Sonnet) | Mücadele Muhabbet
You can put an end to my life,
But you can’t wipe out my light.
You can break all of my limbs,
But you can never break my might.
My might comes from my conviction,
My light comes from my oneness.
Body is just a vessel for the mission,
Mission that is immortal and timeless.
For the mission to turn into reality,
All reality must be turned the mission.
Living in body we live a few decades,
Living in mission we turn immortal.
So let us put all self-preservation aside,
Forgetting limelight let us be timelight.
But you can’t wipe out my light.
You can break all of my limbs,
But you can never break my might.
My might comes from my conviction,
My light comes from my oneness.
Body is just a vessel for the mission,
Mission that is immortal and timeless.

Kindness No Obligation (The Sonnet) | The Gentalist
Those who feel kindness is an obligation,
Don’t really feel but crawl as walking dead.
Those who think society ain’t their responsibility,
Don’t think, they’re just specimens of mental midget.
Giants are those who lay themselves down,
For the welfare of every single soul around.
Intellect is a tool for, not a subject of, greatness and glory,
The root of all greatness is a gentle heart unbound.
Kindness is more than a trait, just like accountability,
These things make a human out of an animal.
Selfishness is more than a flaw, just like egotism,
These things keep an animal from becoming human.
Little selfishness is ok so long as your humanity is in charge.
We’ve been animal long enough, now let’s be giants on guard.
Don’t really feel but crawl as walking dead.
Those who think society ain’t their responsibility,
Don’t think, they’re just specimens of mental midget.

The Carnivore (Sonnet 1406) | Abhijit Naskar | Dervis Doctor: 100 Promissory Sonnets
Be a gentle giant like the elephant,
not an opportunistic carnivore like the wolf.
The elephant doesn’t harm anyone
to prove its greatness, while the wolf
doesn’t think twice to devour another wolf.
Greatness unfolds through gentleness,
Illumination unfolds through expansion.
Coldness is the mark of cowardly animal,
Cruelty is cover for beastly degeneration.
Worst of all carnivores are the humans,
There is no end to their appetite.
Animals no longer partake once they are full,
While human greed knows no sane height.
More clothes, more cars, more cash,
Just how much will you consider enough!
Till you put a cork on cocky abundance,
Not felicity but disparity wreaks havoc.
Savagest carnivore of all is the human.
Uncorked materialism is new cannibalism.
not an opportunistic carnivore like the wolf.
The elephant doesn’t harm anyone
to prove its greatness, while the wolf
doesn’t think twice to devour another wolf.
Greatness unfolds through gentleness,
Illumination unfolds through expansion.
Coldness is the mark of cowardly animal,
