ACFW Virginia Chapter

As you may know from my about page, I belong to the ACFW VA Chapter. Well Saturday, they are holding the first annual Writer's Conference.

I'm beyond excited and just wanted to remind everyone thatit's not too late to join. Besides the conference, they are hosting a Short Story Contest as well. If you're a writer or ever wanted to try your hat at it, I encourage you to enter.

Review: Denise Hunter's "Married 'til Monday"

So this weekend I was able to read a couple of books from my TBR pile. It felt like it'd been awhile since I was able to just relax and read. And what a time I had reading.
I've read many books by Denise Hunter, always enjoying the whimsical writing style she brings to a story. So when I sat down to read "Married 'til Monday," I expected more of the same.
Let me just say, "this was by far my favorite book of Denise Hunter's."Sure, it had her signature style, but with an added heart tug.

On Saturday, July 25, in Woodbridge, Virginia (Northern Virginia, Metro DC), the Virginia Chapter of the American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW) will be holding their first annual Christian Writer's Conference!
