Updates
Hi all, hope you’ve been having a great new year so far.
Well, I decided to come back to my wordpress hosted site, since the self hosted site doesn’t seem to be working out very well after trying it for nearly three years. Since leaving this site, I’ve finished The End Times Saga, which is a total of seven novels and two short stories. I’ve also written two more series, one is another end times series, called The Perilous Times, consisting of only three novels. The other series is historical fiction, called An American Journey, currently consisting of one novel, The Long Journey. For the second novel of the historical fiction series it was (or still is) going to be based during the Civil War. Since the main character is Cherokee, I was thinking of basing the story around the Cherokee Nation being involved in the fight, but due to what I’ve researched so far, they seemed to have mostly fought amongst themselves and what few engagements with the Union they did have, they were neither successful or unsuccessful campaigns. They were mostly hampered by lack of supplies and being cavalry mounted instead of infantry. I have no idea when I’ll have that novel finished. I’m also currently working on a what-if story, which will be standalone.
Right now, I’m redesigning this site, creating new pages, and updating all the links to where my books are being sold. I’m also in the process of having all my novels go wide instead of being exclusive to Amazon’s Kindle Unlimited, so I’ll be basically relaunching the novels with accompanying blog posts in the next few weeks, so please stay tuned for that.

New Release: The Great Tribulation – Book 3 The Perilous Times Series

The Great Tribulation is now available on ���Kindle Unlimited��� and in paperback – the third and last novel of the Perilous Times series.
The novel goes through the last three and a half years of the seven-year Tribulation Period. The world leader teams up with Lucifer and becomes the Anti-Christ. They begin persecuting Israel and believers in Christ as the Bowls of Wrath are poured out and more of God’s judgments are unleashed on the unredeemed of Earth. Everything leads up to the final battle between Lucifer’s forces and God at Armageddon.

Other than the box set, this might be all I publish for the rest of the year. Next year, I’ll continue with the historical fiction series I started, An American Journey, with a novel called A House Divided, which is set during the War Between the States and takes place mostly in the Cherokee part of Indian Territory. I plan on four books total in the series.

New Release: The Great Deception Book 2 Perilous Times Series

New Release: The Great Deception, book 2 of the Perilous Times Series. Will be available for $.99 for the first week and is available on Amazon Prime/Kindle Unlimited. I originally wanted to publish it in December, but due to various circumstances, including moving (and getting settled), then getting a head cold, and then followed by either��bronchitis or a chest cold, I obviously wasn’t able to accomplish that. The third novel, The Great Tribulation, will be available sometime in the middle of the year.
What it’s about:
During the first three and a half years of the Tribulation, the new world leader emerges after the Rapture and reorganizes the countries of the world into ten provinces and remakes the��economy because it’s failing. Then disasters begin occurring as predicted in the Bible in the book of Revelation. The first trumpet announces hail and fire mixed with blood, which kills 1/3 of plant life. The second announces a great mountain burning with fire from space that’s hurled into the sea and kills 1/3 of ocean life. The third is a comet that turns 1/3 of the waters bitter. The fourth extinguishes 1/3 of the light from the sun, moon, and the stars. The fifth, those that aren’t sealed by God are harmed by demon possessed “locusts.” The sixth, world war three occurs. The seventh, will be in the next novel, the next three and a half years. As they deal with this, the leader��has to put up with two witnesses who show up in Jerusalem, preaching the Gospel, and warning of the beast and the false prophet. As the leader��deals with the disasters, the witnesses, and the Jews in Israel, the world moves closer to the middle of the Tribulation, where the Emperor’s life will change and the judgments begin to ramp up.

Doctor Neal Kirkland works at an advanced hospital in the Dallas area. One day, he comes across a patient and his family, the Carson’s, who are Christians, which is rare in this novel’s universe. After seeing their faith, and them talking to him about Christ, he accepts Christ as his Savior.
Meanwhile, a race war might be bubbling up in the United States and an altered form of the Ebola virus spreads across the globe, with the powers-that-be blaming Christians for all of it. Doctor Kirkland finds out the real story behind the Ebola virus and decides to do something about it. However, Christians are being hunted down and killed, will Kirkland be able to let the world know what’s really happening?
Partial chapter one excerpt
Chapter 1
“Okay, now the next items on our list are incoming patients. The first patient is a man named Will Carson, age seventy-five. According to the paperwork, he came down with a severe case of pneumonia after a double bypass and had to go on a ventilator because he was getting too weak to breathe on his own. The small-town hospital who had him previously thinks he doesn’t have much longer to live, so they sent him to our ICU. As with other cases like these, we’ll make him as comfortable as we can, but we’ll not go above and beyond. Are we in agreement, Doctor Kirkland?” asked Gina Dodd, the government overseer for this hospital.
Doctor Neal Kirkland spent another moment wishing he had retired when the federal government took over the healthcare system over a decade ago, but he liked the money he made and didn’t want to give it up. He continued to wonder if other government overseers at other hospitals were as cold and black-hearted as Dodd was towards dying patients. When she was lit a certain way, she sort of reminded him of the wicked witch in the old Disney cartoon Snow White. Kirkland thought that for a forty-five year old, she looked decades older than she was, and looked used up, probably from all the nicotine and alcohol she’d consumed over the years.
As for himself, although he was a little older than Dodd, many people assumed he was in his late twenties to mid-thirties, which was both an insult and compliment depending on his mood at the time. He figured that he didn’t look his age because it was either from his good genetics or because he was a teetotaler. Not that it mattered all that much to him. His job was now his life since his wife died a few years ago and his adult children were scattered across the country living their lives.

Updates on new works

I haven’t posted in a while, mainly because I don’t have much to say when it comes to blogging. Anyway, usually by this time I have at least two novels published and working on a third, but this year I haven’t been able to do that. I published The Long Journey back in March, but I’ve had writer’s block or have had other things occupy my time and so I haven’t been able to write. I started to write the sequel to The Long Journey, A House Divided, which has the Massey’s being affected by the Civil War, but I got stuck and so I decided to work on something else. I do know that I am going to tie these novels to The End Times Saga by having the Delaney’s show up and interact with the Massey’s, because, if you recall from reading those novels, there’s a Massey running for President when Collins declares his dictatorship. The short story that I’ve had out for a while, Dust Storm, will also be part of the series eventually, and I might even make it a full length novel if I can make it work.
That something else is another end times novel, the tentative title being The Falling Away. I’m not sure how many novels this series will encompass, but I am sure it’ll be at least two. I saw on someone’s blog earlier this year that they thought my previous end times series was too dark compared to the Left Behind or other end time type series’, I don’t think they are, so I figured I could probably go even darker. All I have to do is include current events and go from there.
I also have a promo going on. Right now, The Long Journey is $.99 on Amazon, and will be that price on other retailers (the link takes you to the book’s page) the week of September 7th. Times of Turmoil will be free on Amazon on Labor Day only.

New Release – The Long Journey

Now available to pre-order on Amazon, The Long Journey, book 1 of the An American Journey series. Will be available March 30. It’s historical Christian fiction.
In 1830, President Andrew Jackson signed the Indian Removal Act into law authorizing the removal of southern tribes to Indian Territory in the west. In 1838, the Trail of Tears occur when the remaining people are forcibly removed and marched a thousand plus miles on foot.
George Massey, a twenty year old Cherokee, finds himself being force-marched to Indian Territory during the winter of 1838. One day he collapses and the Army escorting the Cherokee assumes he’s dead. When he comes to later, he gets lost in the Kentucky woods and finds a family of Scots, the McGregor’s, who take him in.
The story follows George as he gets to know the family, goes to Indian Territory to find out what happened to his clan, returns and marries the McGregor daughter, Ellie. Later on, they’re one of the first to travel by wagon train to California. In California, they get involved in the War with Mexico and the Gold Rush. After the Gold Rush, they return to Kentucky when news of Ellie’s father’s death reaches them, where they have to decide what to do next in this first novel in the “An American Journey” series.

The next novel in the series will be called A House Divided. It will follow what happens to the Massey’s during the Civil War. This novel will come later in the year.
