Nebula reading
Beginning my annual push to read Nebula-nominated fiction before the voting deadline.
I've already read four of the six novellas, one of them because I thought it was likely to end up on the ballot, the rest by fortunate happenstance. (Two were excellent: Mammoths at the Gates and Thornhedge). I plan to read the remaining two novellas first, then move onto the short stories....

Favorite February Reads
It's the end of February so I thought I'd post my favorite books that I read this month.....
Paladin's Faith by T. Kingfisher. Very good. Paladin beserkers with a side of romance. (I loved Shane!) Fourth in the Saint of Steel series.
Steven Brust's Tsalmoth, latest installment in the excellent Vlad Taltos sequence. This one is set early on in the series, but gains weight if you know what's ahead.
Freya Marske's A Marvellous Light, a beautiful period fantasy with an utterly beguiling male-male romance.
