"The debut album from Luxembourg-based Jana Bahrich – aka Francis of Delirium – is an absolute knockout” - KEXP
"Jana Bahrich showcases a remarkably contemporary approach to songwriter-rock on her debut, reflecting a sensibility akin to the music of Boygenius, Wolf Alice, or Soccer Mommy.”
- Rolling Stone Germany
“A project as thematically poignant as it is sonically captivating” - Paste
“Capturing a similar melancholy sparkle to indie favourites such as Japanese Breakfast and Snail Mail, its 11 tracks encapsulate both bittersweet, desperate yearning and a breathless new romance” - NME
Today (25 Sept) Francis of Delirium, AKA Luxembourg's breakout indie star Jana Bahrich, makes a triumphant return with new single “Little Black Dress”, out now via Dalliance Recordings. The new track is Francis of Delirium’s first new music since critically acclaimed debut album Lighthouse. The release of “Little Black Dress” coincides with the final night of a seven date EU tour with Blondshell.
LISTEN HERE“Little Black Dress” is a soaring slice of power pop that’s as catchy as it is cathartic. In singular Francis of Delirium style, guitars and drums crescendo with sugar-rush vocal melodies. A sting of Gen-Z melancholy reminds why Jana’s heart-on-sleeve, emotionally intelligent songwriting forms such a strong connection with her fans.
Speaking on “Little Black Dress” Jana says:
“'Coming home fresh off a tour opening for bôa, playing to all these kids excited about guitar music, and heading into the Blondshell dates, I wanted to put out a song that captures the energy and messiness of playing live and being on stage. It’s a song about the anticipation of going out, the hope, the desperation, and the ultimate disappointment.”

It’s been a whirlwind 18 months for Francis of Delirium since their debut album Lighthouse was released in March 2024. Named as one The Guardian’s Readers Favourite Albums of 2024, proclaimed “Luxembourg’s first Indie Queen” by Uncut, whilst NME lauded the band for “putting Luxembourg on the map”.
Without stopping to catch a breath, Francis of Delirium undertook an extensive EU and UK tour, followed by 11 headline dates in the US and Canada, during which time she stopped in for an electric KEXP live session of single “Give It Back To Me” as well as winning over the team at NPR.
After a summer of festivals including a huge set at Primavera Sound, Francis of Delirium was back in the UK this June supporting bôa, the band having reformed following an incredible TikTok renaissance for their track “Duvet”. Soon after was a bucket-list support slot with no other than Alanis Morissette on home turf in Luxembourg, Francis of Delirium now play the final night a seven day run with US alt-rock icon Blondshell, having played to fans in Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin and finishing tonight in Cologne.
In July 2025 the opening track from Lighthouse - Ballet Dancers (Never Love Again) - was featured in Lena Dunham's hit Netflix series Too Much.

Earlier this year, The Sick Man of Europe released debut self-titled album and today returns with 'Fade/Form (The Bunker Tapes)' out now via The Leaf Label. In this summer of discontent, The Sick Man Of Europe meet in secret in a room beneath a factory on a hill. Crushed by the weight of brick and steel, and consumed by the relentless hunger for progress - here to document change. It’s an escape from the city and from the history unfolding in front of our eyes. These times are transient and our ideals are called into question at every juncture.
Five bodies stand in this room. An engineer and three operatives. They look towards the foreman. The spokesperson. For guidance and clarity where there is none.
“These ideas have evolved into something I never thought they would,” explains The Sick Man Of Europe. “Through exposure they have accumulated weight. The meanings have warped and twisted and they’ve become something else entirely - something more urgent. Repetition has deepened the grooves and cut into the earth. They are now beyond my careful control. Captured for posterity.”
A mechanical clank and the whir of magnetic tape. A voice from the depths.
“Transitions only exist when they are observed. Each document, when mapped to time, is nothing but a measurement of change. See this as snapshot, somewhere between the death of one idea and the birth of another. It is both the beginning and the end.”

Quotes:
“Blends pulsating motorik beats, nagging basslines and droning electronics into all-consuming atmospheres. Fronted by foreboding vocals that sit somewhere between Ian Curtis’ melancholic baritone and something more experimental, phrases are repeated over and over like mantras, slowly building in intensity until the words take on entirely new meanings” - Electronic Sound
"The Sick Man Of Europe blend Krautrock aspects with charred remains of post-punk, tying this together by tapping into the UK’s current dystopian darkness" - CLASH
"An eight-track album that commands your attention and keeps you there for all of its run" - When The Horn Blows
"Precise, intense and experimental post-punk executed with confident conviction" - Soundsphere Magazine
"A compelling musical manifesto" - NARC

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Announce All-New, Jerry Douglas-Produced EP, Night After Night

For Immediate Release—
Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Announce All-New, Jerry Douglas-Produced EP, Night After Night
Out on October 24th; Hear the title track, “Night After Night,” today
Nashville, TN - September 25, 2025 - When Grammy-winning artist, guitarist, and producer Buddy Miller calls you up and says, “Hey, I’ve got a song you oughta hear,” anyone in their right mind would have a listen. In this case, the voice on the other end of the line was Nitty Gritty Dirt Band co-founder Jeff Hanna, and boy, what a song it turned out to be. “Night After Night,” the Dirt Band’s new single and the first listen from the group’s upcoming EP of the same name, is a Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers-eque rocker perfectly suited to kick off their first release of all-new music since 2009’s Speed of Life and a follow-up to their critically-acclaimed 2022 release, Dirt Does Dylan. “My friend, Buddy Miller, sent me the tune ‘Night After Night,’ written by two of my favorites: Paul Kennerley and Daniel Tashian,” remembers Hanna. “The band’s response was an immediate ‘Oh, hell yes!’”
Produced by fellow Grammy-winner and dobro master Jerry Douglas—who first met the Dirt Band at the age of 19 and went on to play on the group’s first number one single, “Long Hard Road”—“Night After Night” finds Hanna joined by bandmates Jimmie Fadden (drums), Bob Carpenter (harmony vocals, Hammond organ), Jaime Hanna (electric guitar, harmony vocals), and Ross Holmes (mandolin) plus guest musicians Viktor Krauss on acoustic bass and Tic-Tac bass and Douglas on lap steel guitar. “Night after night, I’m so blue / Can’t even dream my dreams of you,” sings Hanna with his signature, ever-cool delivery while the freight train groove of the band never lets up. “It’s right in our wheelhouse, and it’s pretty easy to tell what a blast we had playing and singing it,” Hanna exclaims.
Due out on October 24, 2025, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band’s Night After Night EP was recorded at Ocean Way Studios in Nashville, Tennessee, and The Tractor Shed Studio in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, and was mixed by Sean Sullivan alongside Hanna and Douglas. The new EP is a family affair for Hanna who co-wrote three of the new songs. “Nashville Skyline” was co-written by Hanna, his wife and celebrated songwriter, Matraca Berg, and his son and bandmate Jaime. While Jeff Hanna takes on lead vocals on three of the five tracks, Jaime steps up to the center microphone on the other two.
Fans can stream or purchase “Night After Night” right now at this link and pre-order or pre-save the Night After Night EP right here. A very limited number of vinyl copies of Night After Night—with music on one side and a special etching on the other—as well as CDs are available for pre-order at the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band online store.
Nitty Gritty Dirt Band are in the middle of their ALL THE GOOD TIMES: The Farewell Tour and will hit the stage again on October 3rd for a very special set at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass in San Francisco, California. A full list of tour dates can be found below or at nittygritty.com/tour.

SOFIA ISELLA RELEASES NEW SINGLE “OUT IN THE GARDEN”; NORTH AMERICAN TOUR STARTS OCTOBER 11
SOFIA ISELLA RELEASES NEW SINGLE
“OUT IN THE GARDEN”
LISTEN HERE
YOU’LL UNDERSTAND MORE, DICK. NORTH AMERICAN TOUR STARTS OCTOBER 11th

SINGLE ART: Otis Monteny
20 year old independent music phenom SOFIA ISELLA today releases new single “Out In The Garden,” a shadowy industrial influenced track where haunted whispers unravel into a massive, cathartic rock chorus — intimate yet towering in scope. Co-written and co-produced by SOFIA and Mr Hudson (Miley Cyrus, Frank Ocean, Coldplay, Jay-Z), the song challenges blind followers whose piety is intertwined with and relies on evil. Her ruminations walk boldly into the light, with a confident snarl: “How beautiful it must feel to be so sure, I don’t know anything, Hannah, I don’t know anything anymore. But how pretty to be praying to nothing. That gorgeous pill of sugar you swallow like it’s something”emphasizing why the world is quickly becoming obsessed with this young feminist icon. Sofia shares, "I got called demonic for the first time . I call it, losing my demonic virginity . It’s coming for us all, ladies ." LISTEN & WATCH THE LYRIC VIDEO HERE: https://sofiaisella.lnk.to/outinthegarden
The release follows the video for “Muse,” an intensely cinematic piece of surrealist horror that deepens the unsettling world SOFIA has spent the past few years building. A classically trained violinist and poet, ISELLA draws inspiration from Sylvia Plath and Anne Sexton, with musical touchstones ranging from Nine Inch Nails and Radiohead to Fiona Apple and Lana Del Rey. Her background in literature and music fuels a style that fuses visceral storytelling with layered, cinematic production — a duality of discipline and raw expression that has become her signature.
Next month, SOFIA will resume her You’ll Understand More, Dick tour in North America, where many shows are already sold out. Starting in Minneapolis on October 11th the 22-date tour will hit Chicago, Toronto (SOLD OUT), New York (SOLD OUT), Philadelphia, Austin and more before wrapping up in The Fonda Theater in Los Angeles on November 16th.
Since 2024, ISELLA has released I Can Be Your Mother and 2025’s I'm camera., building an early catalog defined by dark textures, arresting melodies, and unflinching commentary on identity and power. Her song “Hot Gum” has accumulated more than 19 million streams, cementing her growing global audience. Alongside her recorded work, ISELLA’s live presence continues to build momentum—she has opened for artists such as Taylor Swift and Glass Animals.

"Intimate yet edgy, polished yet raw, JULESY is an artist making her presence known in NYC’s indie space and her latest offering is stunning proof of her allure"
- Earmilk
"...JULESY’s music occupies a space where emotional complexity meets experimental sound. On Flip the Bed, she leans into vulnerability and contradiction, crafting a debut that feels bold, genre-blurring, and strikingly real."
- The Big Takeover
"powerhouse vocal performances and stark lyrical honesty"
- New Noise Magazine
"With influences ranging from Imogen Heap and They Might Be Giants to Alex G, JULESY’s debut explores the liminal emotional spaces many artists leave untouched."
-Northern Transmissions
"Brooklyn-based alt-indie pop act Julesy are quickly making a name for themselves as one of the most compelling new voices emerging from New York’s indie-pop scene."
- Reverie Online
"That balance—between the heavy and the playful, the devastating and the hooky—is already becoming JULESY’s signature."
- Mundane Mag
"With sonic nods to Imogen Heap and Alex G, Flip the Bed promises to be a magnetic debut — an unfiltered document of growth, disruption, and the delicate beauty of being in-between."
- That's Good Enough for Me
This summer, Brooklyn-based alt-indie pop artist JULESY announced her debut full-length album, Flip the Bed, out October 17 via Strong Place Music. Known for her soaring, evocative vocals and confessional songwriting, JULESY has already drawn comparisons to artists like Soccer Mommy and Snail Mail. Blending dreamy folk-pop textures with raw punk energy, she’s quickly emerging as one of the most compelling new voices in New York’s vibrant indie scene.
Today, the genre-defying artist shares her latest single, “Never Never,” an ethereal, hazy anthem featuring her signature tender, melancholic vocals, joined by Bailey Wollowitz of fantasy of a broken heart. The two artists’ echoing harmonies create an emotionally resonant duet that deepens the track’s introspective tone.
On the track, JULESY shares:
"Never never is an ode to losing yourself to self criticism. I’m prone to making songs that feel heavy to me and sound really fun, I realize. This song started out as a full fledged demo, with a drum machine and lots of vocoders. Taylor Wallace made this song what it is by transforming a machine sound onto the kit, which is a huge feat. The other thing that makes the song so special is Bailey from Fantasy of a Broken Heart on background vocals. When they sent me the take, it brought the whole song together. Given that the lyrics are a sort of conversation between me and my brain, it’s fitting to have another voice on the track.”
With influences ranging from Imogen Heap and They Might Be Giants to Alex G, JULESY’s debut explores the emotional spaces many artists leave untouched. Flip the Bed promises to be a bold, genre-blurring introduction to a young artist unafraid to be fully in-process — messy, honest, and magnetic.
“Never Never” drops September 25th via Strong Place Music. Flip the Bed arrives October 17.

JULESY BIOJULESY is a Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter whose debut album, Flip the Bed, captures the unraveling and aftermath of a six-year relationship with melodic clarity and emotional precision.
Written during the final two years of that relationship — and in the uncertain space that followed — the album traces a mid-twenties life in flux, where heartbreak, identity, and creative renewal bleed together. Influenced by Imogen Heap, They Might Be Giants, and Japanese House, JULESY writes melody-first songs that blur genre boundaries while staying emotionally direct. Her voice slips easily between pop gloss and lo-fi intimacy — drawing you in, then breaking something open.
She describes her songwriting as “candid and right on the nose,” often realizing what a lyric really means long after it’s written. “It’s how I process things I don’t fully understand yet,” she says. “I’ll write something and think it’s just a song — then months later, I realize it’s exactly what I was going through at that moment.”
Music runs deep in her DNA: her dad is a film composer, her mom a voice teacher. Growing up, JULESY took marimba classes instead of dance, surrounded by instruments in a house where creativity and critique flowed freely. Flip the Bedwas co-produced by Sahil Ansari and performed by her band, which includes her twin brother Cal on keys and vocals. “Some things, he just gets — more than any collaborator could,” she says. “We can read each other’s minds a little bit.”
The album’s title comes from a ritual she still finds herself repeating — moving her bed around the room to try and shift something inside. “I was either trying to change my perspective, understand someone else’s, or being forced into a new one,” she says. The songs were written from that place: not quite heartbreak, not quite healing, but something messier in between.
Across Flip the Bed, JULESY threads sharp introspection through deceptively catchy, sometimes whimsical forms. The opener, “Heart on the Line,” sets the tone — a propulsive, harmony-rich anthem about emotional overexposure and the futility of trying to be “chill” when you're anything but. On “Blue Lie,” she reflects on staying in a relationship even as she and her partner began to grow in different directions. “I wasn’t happy and didn’t realize it,” she says. “I didn’t know how to pursue my life without him.”
“Wendy,” one of the oldest songs on the record, shifts focus from romance to family. It reflects the complex dynamics of a post-divorce household where boundaries blur and roles invert. “It’s about being kind of parentified as a kid,” she says, “and having to form individual relationships with your parents while they’re kind of in opposition to each other.”
Elsewhere, “Water” explores self-erasure in relationships, and “Never Never” flips the album’s central breakup on its head — trading grief for something closer to sardonic defiance. On “Amber,” one of the album’s most delicate tracks, she folds in a note of queer longing, drawing inspiration from Amber Bain of Japanese House. “It’s that feeling of wanting to be someone and be with them at the same time,” she reflects. The final track, “Missing Muses,” zooms out entirely — a meta-ballad about creative paralysis and the slow, private work of finding your voice again.
Throughout, Flip the Bed lives in contradiction: heartbreak and humor, structure and blur, sharp truths and unresolved questions. “I’m not really trying to write about my life,” JULESY says. “I’m writing through it — as a way to make sense of what I can’t say any other way.”JULESY LINKSWebsite | Instagram | Spotify | Apple Music | Youtube | Soundcloud | Facebook | X

Find all tour dates below, and purchase tickets here.

This tour is an extension of Pachyman's worldwide live dates in support of his new album Another Place, which was released this spring on ATO Records. Earlier this year, Pachy had a run of live shows in New Zealand and Australia, Europe and the UK, as well as a run of West Coast dates alongside Darkside.
Another Place is Pachyman’s most daring project to-date, one that builds upon its forebears by leaning into the idiosyncratic elements lurking beneath previous projects. In doing so, it synthesizes the myriad scenes that have recontextualized the methods and aesthetics of dub — from pioneering synth-pop weirdos like William Onyeabor and Yellow Magic Orchestra to Basic Channel’s amniotic dub techno — into a sound that, while still anchored in dub reggae’s glorious walls of sound, is undeniably Pachyman’s own.

The VHS-warped video for "In Love" introduced a new quartet lineup that will be joining the upcoming tour dates: Pachy on drums and vocals, Javier Perez on guitar, Jordan Brooks on bass, and Diego Gaeta on keys. Watch the "In Love" video here.
“Calor Ahora,” which he describes as "the backbone of the record" and the moment when he "achieved a new sound that I had never encountered in my music before.” The track is rippling, minimal dub that incorporates sparkling, alien synthesizers and a koan-like vocal. Watch the video for "Calor Ahora" — a goofy, direct-to-VHS-style send-up of LA noir mysteries — here.
Lead single "Hard To Part" is a skeletal drone workout that doubles as "a funky dub reggae love letter to Los Angeles" (Remezcla). KCRW called it "funky-spooky-cool" and put it at #2 on their Top 30 chart, adding: "ESG fans, take note." Watch the video for “Hard To Part” here.

Grind Select is pleased to announce the new LP from Ridgewood's finest rock outfit, S.C.A.B. The new album, Somebody In New York Loves You!, will be out November 21.
"Singing along to Sugar Ray in the back of my dad’s Subaru Outback. No job. Rent's due. Time to move. I pay them to keep us together. Forever I love you. I’ll buy you anything. What do you want? You want the moon?” -Sean Camargo, S.C.A.B. on "Red Chair"

S.C.A.B. is the sound of a city cracked open and buzzing with late-night possibility. Formed in Ridgewood, Queens, the band channels the lived-in tension of New York life into something both urgent and reflective. Frontman Sean Camargo writes like someone pulling moments out of thin air: soft subway collisions, the weight of a partner’s silence, the slow grief of change. The band’s name, once just an acronym, now feels more like a symbol of regeneration, a hardened edge formed by years of personal and collective growing pains.
On their new album, Somebody In New York Loves You!, S.C.A.B. turns inward and stretches wide. The songs lean into vulnerability without retreating into abstraction, drawing inspiration from Camargo’s psychedelic-fueled realizations, intimate journal entries, and moments of raw emotional rupture. From the blissed-out confessions of “Strawberry Jam” to the anthemic ache of “Red Chair,” the record explores love in all its forms: romantic, familial, and self-directed, with a clarity that’s both wide-eyed and world-weary. “The only truth I could really feel was love,” Camargo says, “and everything I did was either trying to run away from it or get closer.”
Much of the album was written in a creative surge following a psychic reading that left Camargo feeling oddly affirmed, and fantastical. That sense of magical realism runs through the record’s DNA: a cassette player, worn book of matches and Coney Island ride card on a messy desk, dreams of lost parents returning, and sonic callbacks to early-2000s stadium rock filtered through New York’s post-punk alleys. At times, the band sounds huge, like they’re aiming to fill a field - and at others, eerily close, like a voice memo you weren’t meant to hear.
With Somebody In New York Loves You!, S.C.A.B. makes space for that contradiction: songs that are personal but big, naive but knowing, imaginative but grounded. After a long stretch of false starts, rain-soaked gigs, and artistic doubt, they emerge sounding clear-headed and ready. The result is an album that doesn't just reflect New York; it breathes with it, holds your gaze, and says, without flinching, somebody here loves you.
