Balancing Act: Life as a Working Writer

Every day I write, in one fashion or another.
When I’m sitting at my desk and when I’m sitting inmy car. When I’m washing dishes, mowing the lawn, shopping for groceries or (forgive me, God) attendingchurch on Sunday.

SRO or Not, Booksignings Can Be Great Experiences
Since my second book, TRAVELING LEFT OF CENTER AND OTHER STORIES, was released, I have done book events to promote it. A lot of book events.
I have done single events, where I was the only author, and combined author events, where there were anywhere from five to fifty of us lined up, with our books on display.
