Do You Love Me?

I found this note crumpled up in the rain. I always pick up bits of paper, hoping to find a gem, but I usually only do this in dry weather. Something made me pick up this soggy note and store it in my purse until it could be unfolded and dried. I'm glad I did.

My friend and I were hiking the Knobstone trail (a scenic trail of about 60 miles). Around mile 30, I found this note resting in the middle of the trail.

We found this on the ground as we were getting into the car.
We like to think that this picture contains the actual soul of the vampire baby, and the only way to escape its torment is to get rid of the photo. Now that we have it, who knows what we'll become?
