I take a break from whatever I'm working on and play a game or start a character study for one of the books or games that I love. As hilarious as it sounds, most of my inspiration comes from games like the Sims franchise or Skyrim.
So if I've got 20 novels in the works, how do I keep up with them all? Anytime I get writer's block for one, I choose three others to cycle between. I only ever have four at most that I am actively working on. I find that as I am working on one novel, that part that I'm stuck on in another will easily resolve itself.
In short, I deal with writer's block by having the attention span of a dog at the park!(less)

Whenever I'm waiting somewhere, it feels good to just whip out my notebook and work on a novel or just brainstorm. Of course, this gets me in trouble sometimes with starting new novels and has honestly turned me into a workaholic, but that's beside the point.
Also, I think having so many characters residing in your head means you start to see things from another angle, having had to get in that headspace for a particular narrator.(less)

“A good book isn't written, it's rewritten.”

Jeff Wheeler
“If it looks a bit rough, a little worn, with little splotches - those have the swetest flavor. The ones that are perfect on the outside tend to be a bit more bland. That is true about many things in life.”
Jeff Wheeler, The Wretched of Muirwood

Ray Bradbury
“There must be something in books, something we can’t imagine, to make a woman stay in a burning house; there must be something there. You don’t stay for nothing.”
Ray Bradbury, Fahrenheit 451

“If you hide your ignorance, no one will hit you and you'll never learn.”

“The magic is only in what books say, how they stitched the patches of the universe together into one garment for us.”
