I’ve always been more of a listener than a speaker—a silent observer of the world around me. That quiet perspective has allowed me to notice the subtle shi Read more of this blog post »

“Wealth and prestige may be sought after by most, but it is those who have too much of them who realise just what a curse privilege can be.”
Aimee Meheden-Friesen, Whelm

“Loneliness doesn't vanish overnight. But it softens when someone remembers how you take your coffee. When someone saves you the last slice of bread. When someone listens — not to fix, but to understand.”
Aimee Meheden-Friesen

“Yet amid all the hollow striving, there exists the possibility of rediscovery. Sometimes, all it takes is the shock of disruption—a new place, a new challenge, or even a simple, shared task — to crack the shell of numb routine and let purpose seep back in. “There’s nothing wrong with my life. It’s just that there’s nothing right with it either. The same goes for the glass. It is neither empty nor full. People look at things the wrong way. I could fill the glass to the brim with champagne, but it wouldn’t bring me any more satisfaction on a hot day than if the glass was half full of water. It is not the quantity but the substance that matters.”
