My therapist recommended this book. I don’t love her, but I’m enjoying the book and the practical meditation guidance it’s giving me. I just finished the first chapter or week one content. It’s broken into a 10 week coarse. Now that I’ve got all the info I’ll start practicing the meditation recommend for a full week before reading the next section.
