…yeah I already read a couple more chapters tonight. The last 100-ish pages have honestly been pretty great. Just a shame that the 250 pages before that were a relative slog - not bad, just too much fluff.

Gon’ hope the last 32 pages are just as good as the past few chapters have been.

Damn it’s been surprisingly tense since that twist. Wish it hadn’t taken so long to get to this part.

Also read a lot today. I think I *might* be able to finish tomorrow. We’ll see.

Okay so the big dramatic scene finally happened. Ngl, this one has been a lot slower than I think it has needed to be. Hopefully the rest of this justifies all that.

Ah we finally get some of the actual background to what happened to Rebecca. Interesting.

Intrigue has been a very slow build thus far. I guess things might be taking a turn here in a few chapters or so?

We'll see.

Really slow going, but I'm enjoying it, especially since I'm finally in and understanding a little of what's going on. Still some questions and some intrigue building as well as personal conflict in the narrator.

We'll see how this goes.

For the first 2 chapters (and part of Chapter 3 as well) I was 100% lost.

Now that I've read the rest of Chapter 3 and also Chapter 4, I'd like to say I'm now only 20% lost LMAO

Definitely a tad bit of interest - some questions I have that I want answered - and what seems to be the true intrigue of the story being introduced to some extent.
