i feel sick i want to swallow a bucket of glass shards and tie my ankles to anvils right before jumping into an ocean i think im going to vomit i cant breathe i cant see i cant think I don’t think im going to make it through the night to call my therapist tomorrow morning this is it this is the thing that’s going to bring me back to therapy after five months
