Onto the final chapter of this thing. It's a strange, strange book that is no where near what I thought it would be, and I definitely feel like I need a shower every time I read it. It's a cool experience, but I'm also not sure I agree with the hype it receives. We'll see how the bizarro and funkily typeset conclusion pans out.

Not sure what expectations I had going into this thing, but it's definitely not like what I thought it would be--still enjoying it quite a bit though.

His Nevèrÿon Tetralogy—kept in print by Wesleyan University Press. Most impressive by far. His take on Sword and Sorcery making it adjacent to critical theory, the AIDS epidemic, and BDSM, all told through novels/stories/novellas about a slave uprising across an ancient empire on the cusp of writing/money systems.
