I have a sneaking suspicion that Jennifer Freitag uses the same method I do for coming up with minor (and sometimes major) character/location names as I do: modify a name from another book, and if anyone calls you on it, claim it was a reference.

No one ever gets any sleep in this novel, it seems.

Let's see if I can keep track of all the names in this book a little better this time around.

Part of me says I should just finish this, since I only have a hundred or so pages left, but the rest of me says that it's too heavy to finish today.

This seems way too early for an epic showdown battle . . .
