You know I know from other reviews ("I cried so hard" reviews) that the ending of this book is going to be so sad but I can't help but hope and I know it's stupid for me to hope but I still can't help it!

I keep expecting a twist. I keep thinking I know what will happen. I hope I'm wrong.

I fell asleep even before I could open the book up yesterday. I was way too tired.

I started this last night, very late, and I'm now at 20%. Guess what I barely did......sleep! Now I'm off to my daughter's 2nd day of swim champs and I don't care that I haven't slept, the book is very good!

AH It's nice to have hope. Are you at part 2 yet?

no.... i'm scared though. I so love this book. I'm so grateful for your enthusiasm about it. I'm not sure everyone will love it (lots of war history stuff especially about the planes) but I love all of that stuff (my hubby is a world war II history fanatic so I am surprised how much I know by just being around him all the time).

AH I think I loved it because it highlighted the role of women during the war. Also think about it - no instant messaging, no internet, no computers - all that coding was done and changed almost daily and based on math and literature. Fascinating.

You have to look at the pdf for the prescription pad stuff - it didn't translate well to my ereader - but it is hilarious when you look at it in ADE.

It didn't show up on my Kindle very well either.

AH Go and look at it on ADE when you are done. That Scottish lass was very clever.
