There’s something weird and off about the writing in this book. There’s a disconnect that makes me not really care about any of the characters, nor solving this supposed giant mystery. Right now I’m just trying to get it over with. Maybe it will get better as I go on.

This is not the actual book I’m reading. The one I’m reading is called how to travel free and safely, but it’s not on Goodreads so I’m just going to say it’s this one instead.

Stellar. Read it when it first came out, in 2003. Had forgotten most of it. Definitely worth reading again. And again.

This book is strange. She’s an extremely mean person in the book and it’s full of misspellings. You’d think someone who writes a book would want it edited.

Absolutely wonderful

I was embarrassed to record this book at first, because it sounded so trite. This is actually a short study of French culture, explaining the French mentality regarding enjoying one’s life, versus the puritanical deprivation that shaped American culture. It’s absolutely fascinating.

It's really too bad I have to work, and sleep. Because all I really want to do is just keep reading this book.

This is not the book I am reading. I’m reading a book called Intended, by Sharon Nesbit-Davis. I tried adding the book, including the description and all of the fields, but it still isn’t showing up. I don’t know how to add it.
