Into the blight!

Crazy, forgot that we met Tallanvor this early.

Ah yes, meeting Elayne and Gawyn and Loial. What a time!

Things are moving along slowly. I'm assuming that Lee is letting us get a sense of what the people are up to and how they are situated before the real stuff starts to pop off. After getting a couple Anden chapters, I'm hoping he goes in the direction I want, but we'll see.

On the road to Camelyn, dodging darkfriends, it's good!

Solid start in the first fifty pages. Getting the scene set for the most part. I expect another couple chapters and then things to pick up.

Another reread/relisten!

and now I have to wait for the audiobook to become available again. Good thing this is a re-read/re-listen.

Can't wait for the duel.

Pace picking back up, seems to be the slice of life plus coming of age going on here. We'll see.

Oh yeah, this is where it's at in the Cosmere. Shardblade duels beginning. Shallan coopting caravans on the way to the Shattered Plains. Kaladin's journey continues. So good. Waiting for more Zahel too

Wow is this book going in directions you cannot see coming. Pace is pretty fast, but it fits the story, otherwise I imagine we'd have a 1200 page tome inundated with things that wouldn't be fun to read.

Rereading/listening on audio trying to get ready for Wind and Truth this winter. At the first Adolin duel. "This was time for a beating." Lots of enjoyment!

At this point, this is the most interested in the series I've been to date.

Oh, a peace summit you say, can't imagine how that turns out.

Good audio listen so far, I keep wanting to come back. I can see why the hype is high for this book.
