In contrast to the meaning of his name, Strange is a very relatable character. To me, his bookish personality is anything but strange. :D

I honestly don't expect reconciliation to happen between Kestrel and her heartless father.

The "mental illness" in this book is breaking my heart.

This book is like a combination of Caraval and The Bear and the Nightingale. I'm feeling quite jaded, but I'm loving the writing style, as well as the German setting.

After what Celaena nearly did to Chaol, I'm seriously tempted to mark this as DNF. What. The. Heck. #SoAngry

This work camp stuff reminds me of Throne of Glass. I find Kestrel to be more likable than Celaena, though. ;)
