Yes, it's great to receive ARCs. However, they begin to suck when you feel obliged to read them because of their looming release dates. I hate the feeling of required reading. :(

Nothing much really happens in this book, but the complex and shady characters make it worthwhile. :)

This is my first encounter with a literary retelling of Cinderella. It's great so far, but I'm chuckling because the protagonist's name keeps on making me think of Channing Tatum. :p
