This book wasn’t ever on my Want to Read list and it’s not my style at all. I really only picked it up because I was like meh why not try it out since so many people were going on about it last year.

Okay, so far my impression is that this is basically... at least 60% smut. I’m only 15% in but jeez.

I’ll keep going just to give it a chance.

I'm not to the point where I realize what actually happened to Addie, but I have a gut feeling that my hunch might be correct. Now, I could be SUPER wrong about this but something with the Connors' history and the babies... how connected Kate is to this whole thing... hmmm...

It has been an excellent read thus far. Definitely a book I was a little hesitant about but also excited for. The premise is something I would typically be interested in, but I just wanted sure about how it would be executed. Glad to see it's been captivating and I'm flying through it!

I have to say I'm really surprised by this book so far. I didn't expect to be... this well written? Which may surprise some people given this book has over 4 stars and was adapted into a major motion picture. But I tend to be someone who instinctively "rejects" super hyped books that become movies. It took me a while to finally stop rolling my eyes for a minute to put a hold request for this book but it's been great!
