Binged first 100 pages through whole Sunday. I love the settings, the dark academia, the race discussion, no shyness from xenophobia description, and the topic of languages that is so close to me personally.
It's a big jump from The Poppy Wars trilogy, and I see progress and maturity. One thing that is common with the previous story is timing - so seamless that I don't know when we are.
