i have to admit that while i love the ideas, characters and plot, the narration "insists upon itself" (thank you Peter Griffin) so much that the process of reading has become a chore. there's only so many jokes and weir turn of phrases i can take before i grow impatient of the book stopping altogether to keep meandering about how weird the world of welcome to night vale is. we know, it's been clarified enough.
