Just came across a mention of the githyanki, which I know from D&D, and was confused about who used the name first. This article was informative (aside from its incorrect attribution of the origin of the city of Carcosa to Lovecraft -- it was Ambrose Bierce first, then Robert W. Chambers, before Lovecraft got his hands on it.)
