30 year old science book. I think it is not the best thing to read about sexual evolution.

A thought: Asking AI which philosophy resonates more with this book, and the answer is usually stoicisim..

Reading the book (throughly and repeatedly) I am sure it is Epicureanism. For me, the distinction is vital.

Th way AI answered my question shows a known shortcoming in AI, that it uses the most repeated answer not necessarily the correct answer.

Another name for the book should be why stoicisim suckz. I love this angle

8 years since I started it. Finally completed.

I always find the Flow idea fascinating. And the components of it are critical to achieve anything in life.

The book covers it throughly. The language is a bit of a dry reading though
