Finished. Maeve seems way more interesting than anyone else, but I have little interest to read the next one if it’s all about Adelina. I liked that she killed Enzo and that there are a lot of same sex couples. Just not very interesting besides that

It’s amazing how easy I can tune out during a romantic scene. I like that Violeta’s a Young Elite but i don’t remember if she’s a melfetto. It’s pretty stupid that she killed Dante for plot reasons only

Enzo is literally Roy Mustang. Adelina is a little too edgy or maybe the what it’s written is trying a lot and Raffael is my fav

Enzo just reminds me of Roy Mustang but I like Adelina enough but she seems pretty bland so far

Getting actually interesting. Loved the part where Chamberlain’s charging down the hill toward the officer with the pistol. Like that he’s just worried about his brother too. Longstreet lying to Hood was a good scene

Interesting, very detailed. Still don’t understand why anyone would smoke and drink and larty, not just bc the ppl in his neighborhood were doing it. I just don’t get how it’s enjoyable

Don’t get the point at all from the Swerve titular chapter?? Doesn’t seem like much is changing on the outside, even if people are thinking about Lucretius

Every time he’s about to actually describe the Swerve of the world, he get sidetracked talking about Pogs or the Pope or something that’s not as interesting. I did really like a glance into Pogs personal life thougj
