Reading this for a change of scene after a lot of scifi/fantasy YA. Seems to be hitting the marks. The FMC is very traumatized and so is not entirely likeable, but should she be? Probably not. It's like the finding that depressed people are hard to be friends with.

These books are incredibly quick reads.

I am baffled by the protaganist's nonchalance about being surrounded by people who approved of the extermination of her race. She should hate everyone she's around but the character doesn't seem to mind.

I'm ngl I'm getting lost with how ghosting works and now there are ghost dinos.

The unreliable narrator makes it a little hard to follow.

3% in and this world appears to be all men... not my thing

This book is getting pretty repetitive and predictable so I am going to read the others first.
