Kinda becoming a little too boring!

A little slow but I will follow Elizabeth Barnabus down to the end of the Republic..so Here I am. wrapping up the Gas Lit Empire!

Picking up pace now!!

What started out promising is now slowly becoming a little stale. Pirates, Mer-Men, Mercenaries - make for a good mix but I hope Clifford Beal can spin a good yarn out of this.

Loving it! Mr. Sanderson fails to dissapoint yet.

I loved the beginning of this one! Gripping, kept me turning the pages late into the night, will be finishing this quite soon!

Got books 2 & 3 on this one, so am happily skipping the first trilogy and starting on this. It's pretty good :)

Part-2 is slowing things down. But Nick Cooper is still bad-ass!!

oh beautiful beautiful tale. This is what I call LYRICAL prose.

This is such a fun book, brings back sensibilities of old. Magic, Mayhem, Cyborg Alligators.

Slow burn. The rebellion began in a hidden temple, a place built of paper and oil and old faith.

getting slightly muddled with all that accounting - money is the blood of revolution? but the lyrical prose and Baru, the intense over-acheiving girl from native island trying to work her way through the Empire - as a protagonist is pretty arresting.
