I wonder if Katia suspects that Mikhail and his family have the German Shepard,or if she was just passing by. Mikhail thinks shes spying on them. I agree with Mikhail, when Katia said she wanted to see his family's animals, it seemed oddly specific because her "main purpose" for her coming over to his house was to give ribbon to his sister, but Katia and his sister barely even know each other.

I just started reading this book, and so far, I like it. I purchased this book a few months ago, but put off reading it for a while. I've always been interested in the holocaust, all I know about it is that the Nazi's wrongfully killed 6 million Jewish people! Besides how terrible that is, I have read the prologue so far. It tells the story of the author actually meeting Knud Pedersen! I look forward to reading this

I just finished this book and I absolutely loved it. The first book was also amazing, showing Auggie go through a quiet transition of acceptance. I think I liked this book more because it was very interesting to see stories where Auggie was a minor character, but still had an impact on the life of normal kids. I would love to see a third book, but I don't think I will. Anyway, I'm starting a new book called PAX!

I wonder is Ximena is only being nice to Charlotte because she wants something. I think this because Ximena is a jerk to literately everyone else.

I find it intriguing that Chris doesn't feel guilty for causing a car accident, and therefore breaking his moms leg. If I was Chris I would feel a lot of guilt, but in the book, Chris only asks if they can go out for McDonalds, he doesn't even show any sorrow for causing his mom to break her leg.

I find it very interesting that although Auggie feels like Julian is bullying him, from Julians perspective, all he's doing is having a little fun and messing around. It really shows how different characters feel about the actions of characters.

A theme in this book is self-acceptance. At the start of the book August hated his face, and tried to hide it from everyone, he told everyone it didn't bother him when they stared, even though it did. By the end of the book, August walks with his head held high, feeling like the king of the world. Quietly, August transitions for hating himself in to accepting himself.

I wonder the only reason Jack was insulting Auggie was because he was in front of Julian and he wants to impress him. This makes sense because he didn't know that Auggie was listening, and when Julian was mean to Auggie directly, Jack punched Julian.

I think that Alika is very brave and protective because he fights polar bears and kills seals to keep his brother alive. He believes that his brother should be allowed to live although he cannot hunt, and he will do whatever it takes to allow his brother to live out his life.

11/13/2016-I infer that Tyler and Ethan will trust Pandora because she is the goddess of persuasion. Therefore she can persuade mortals like them to do her bidding.

11/2/2016-I no longer think that the secrets about Juniper will be in that box. It will be whatever made everyone but Juniper get sick at the archaeology site. I think this because 2 of the people who were at the site want whatever's in the box, which means it must be important(maybe something that can make people simultaneously sick???).

10/28/2016-I predict that in the box there will be something that will hold all of the secrets about Great Aunt Juniper. This could be a book, a paper explaining everything, ect. I predict this because this is the only mystery in the book besides whats in the box, so wouldn't it make sense that the author close out the book answering the 2 big questions that the reader wants the answer to?

10/20/2016(Part 2)-The other one known as Theodore is described as a purple bunny, which what one of the evil robots, Bonnie, looks like. I am thinking that maybe Charlies dad is the creator of these evil robots because he very well may have based them of the ones he made for Charlie. That forms the question: Are these evil robots programmed to kill Charlie?

10/20/2016-I have a bad feeling about Charlies dad. This is because Charlie remembers how her dad made robots for her as a kid, 2 of which are described as smaller versions of the murderous robots from the video game. The two robots I am referencing are Ella and Theodore. Ella is described as a plaid colored ballerina, which is the same design that one of the evil robots in the game known as Ballora.

10/20/2016(this is my recreation)-I am making a connection between the video games and the book because 2 of the robots in the book are described like ones from the games, but with differences in size and name. The first book robot is called Theodore, he is discribed like a mini version of the blue bunny robot, Bonnie from the games. The other robot is Ella, who is like a small version of the ballerina, Ballora.

I think that Brambleclaw is a character who believes that logic is the right answer. I know this because he doesn't believe ha can get messages from Starclan.
