If a man said the stuff he said to her while.... I'd feel humiliated, ashamed, used, and like he had no respect/consideration/or feelings for me other than a toy to use and discard!

I don't get how/why women think this is a turn on... It made me sick how he spoke to her, and my insides shriveled and locked up. His words are not romantic; they're degrading! And not a loving relationship!

Also ruined a good plot!

I've already decided that if there is another book, I won't be reading it. The plot is dragged into the mud by all of the porn.

This did start off good, but towards the end, it felt hurried and watered down, along with a lot of repetitive reminiscing.

The characters, all in college, though one is a tween, but that is no reason why the others, eighteen and older, all talk like tweenages.

I am bored, dreading reading this... Now skimming, even though I have the feeling I'm going to kick myself if I don't DNF.

I'm bored... I'm not impressed with the MC; she's typical but flat. I get the attempt at her personality, but worse, her acceptance is wrong. The other MC, he's... blah... I have an idea of why, but he also seems too flat.

As to this and that, I have a guess, and I'm pretty sure I'm right, so maybe that's one of the reasons I'm bored. I'm going to start skimming, hoping it gets better.
