Enjoyed the physician-focused material in this book. However he takes a very biased and pessimistic approach to most topics. A whole chapter dedicated to why not to buy a house as a resident, but neglects the pros of doing so. He also writes on and on about how low your rate of return on your investment portfolio will be because of taxes etc. but never offers any solution to these problems ie. tax-free accounts.
