Ok, it's getting a little better. I was agonizing because there was no plot to speak of for the first quarter of the book, but now we have it! A heist!!! And Nix has a new pet dragon... A tiny golden dragon! EEEEE!

Arrrrgh..... Her dad is such an ass, and yet I can't feel anything about them. She's just not likable or relatable, and yet I should love her! Her character has so much potential! I want to like this story so much because the idea of it is so cool, but I might DNF it.
