Ack! 90's comics... :(

Pretty good so far. It's fun to see all the obscure DC characters the creative team decided to bring back from the back issues. Definitely way better than that terrible film that shares the same name as the comic series.

I enjoy the return of Maud.

On Writing might have changed my life.

As I come close to the end, I am still not awed by Austen's great work. The story isn't exactly for me I suppose or perhaps not what I thought. There are times when I like the writing and other times when it is meh. I find it interesting on how this lasted so long and Austen still has a fanbase. It's interesting to spot the influence this book has. I do wish there was more Darcy and we actually got more of him.

It was very nice to revisit Fairyland Below today after putting this book (among many others) down to focus on the assigned reading of Pride & Prejudice. While I am liking the book tremendously as much I did the first Fairyland, I am not digging the Shadow Saturday too much. I really miss the Saturday we met in the first book.
