Snagged a used copy off of Amazon since one of my students really likes this book!

The main character is kind of like a potty-mouthed version of Nancy Drew and I kind of love it.

Got this from our book club holiday book exchange! Excited to read it since it has rave reviews.

What if people just switched strings?

It says the strings can’t be cut, but what if people tie them together? Would you be inextricably linked to that person? Would you do it if you knew you could contribute to that person’s longevity?

I guess I’ll find out as I keep reading.

This must be science fiction—many U. S. Politicians currently seem to loath scientists.

What if, the “measure” is how FULLY you live your life? Like you have a short string and that means you should be doing more with your life? Idk. I’m only on page 13 after all.

I guess I forgot to update Goodreads. Ope. Started this one early November.

Very good thus far. Somehow Jordan is able to keep me interested even after reading approximately 4,000 pages in the series thus far.
