Finally rereading this series so I can get to the adult sequels!

I'm seven or eight chapters in and already love this

5/12/22: Putting this back on the TBR. I like the world, but I'm not quite in the right mood for it right now.

There are so many Easter eggs from other Meghan Quinn books incorporated in the best ways and I LOVE IT.

Also this book is a joy so far (and I'm sensing it's going to be some beautiful slowburn stuff) but I'm waiting for it to tug on my emotions and make me cry. I just have a feeling.

OH MY GOD

I haven't had the best of luck with the few Tessa Bailey novels I read in the past, but I'm really enjoying this one!

I've been listening to so many regency romance audiobooks that I forgot how much I dislike American accents for narration 🙈

(The narrator has a pleasant voice. I just prefer English accents for audiobooks 😅)

I just read the pants scene and I'M WHEEZING

I told myself I wouldn't start this until after I finished my assignments/ finished a few more of my other reads...

Only 30% in and I already know this is my favourite thing Emily Henry has written.

It fits my sense of humour so well.

I read a couple of chapters but am not feeling this right now so... It'll go back on the TBR for a while.

1) I still love the Knightlys
2) I love all the cameos
3) Ruth might be my favourite heroine in this series so far
4) Brigs is so adorably oblivious

I honestly have no idea what my experience with this will be. There's so much hype, and a lot of people who have similar taste in books as me agree with the hype, but just as many had mixed feelings.

This is going to be an interesting read because I, the true crime nerd, already know a bit about the serial killer I'm fairly certain the killer in this is based on.

Yeah, I'm FINALLY finishing this series after rereading the first two twice. Just a couple of years late...

Rereading so I can FINALLY read the last book of the trilogy. I'm enjoying this a lot more than I remembered. Also this narrator is BRILLIANT

The hype made me a bit wary of this (the whole thing with hype leading to high expectations which can't be met resulting in disappointment) but I must say, after finishing part one....
