Och vi har redan fått veta varför bokens titel är bokens titel.

So far är den bra och hyfsat rolig rolig, även om det har funnits några kommentarer som besvärade mig lite. Jag har skrattat några gånger.

Formidable - Bengal

This was a fun story, I'd say it's my favourite so far.

Paper and String - Jen Wang

Overall cool art and format, but a bit hard to read at times. But that could be me. I'm not very used to reading different types of comics/graphic novels.

I Wish... - Vera Brosgol

My favourite so far. Once again, however, nothing particularly special. But it does make me want to read more by Vera Brosgol.

Hugo Earheart - Jake Parker

Enjoyable, but I don't think that this story worked that well as a short story. It felt very unfinished. One short volume would probably be a better length. It just feels like the start of something bigger.

I enjoyed this one more than the first one. Nothing spectacular, but I enjoyed it. It was a nice little story about a boy and a dog.

Not a huge fan of the first story. It was kinda boring? I guess the poem was nice, but I thought it stood well without the pictures.

"I never before thought that not caring could be a revolutionary act."

"'Maybe that's why we dislike them,' she says. 'The distance between who they were and who they are is so wide, we have no hope of getting them back.'"

Now we know why the book is called that.

Starts on page 75, but:

"The other, secret thing that I don't say to anyone is this: I'm not sure I'm capable of love. Even temporarily. When I was with Rob, I never felt the way the songs say you're supposed to feel. I didn't feel swept away or consumed. I didn't need him like I needed air. I really liked him. I liked looking at him. I liked kissing him. But I always knew I could live without him."

"And I'm not a satellite. I'm space junk, hurtling as far as I can away from him."

Vad det gäller det tidigare om barnafödande tror jag nog att Flamma tänkte så pågrund av hennes egna starka längtan efter att bli gravid.

Äntligen lite om särlingar och de sju kungadömena.

Så har Leck och Mydogg en allians?

So far så tycker jag om den. Boken går lite långsammare än Tankeläsaren.

Du är visst ett barn, Flamma.

Baserat på det som står på baksidan antar jag att boken kommer innehålla en kärlekshistoria, men Flamma är 17 (om jag ej har räknat fel) och hon är hittills ända karaktären som är runt den åldern. Jag hoppas att de snart introducerar någon, men jag tror tyvärr att någon 20/21 åring kommer vara den hon får känslor för. Suck. Jag hade hoppats på bättre från Cashore.
