This book is taking so long ugh

Mr. Collins is quite stupid.

I'm loving this book so much more than I did when I had first read it. I honestly think the problem was my age. I had first read this book at the age of 12; my mind wasn't as developed as it is now. so many of the characters were too old to connect with, except for Chuck. Definitely would recommend this for the older audience of YA

I'm absolutely in love. The art is so magical and brings the story to life 😍

I didn't think that I would like this book's writing style. It is not what I am used to in your typical book. After getting accustomed to the style, I find myself enjoying it.

The story itself is not what I was expecting. Just remember, there is always two sides to a story.

Before I got to this point, I thought that the story was ONLY from the perspective of Mateo and Rufus. However, I was incorrect. I have been able to read short chapters containing the insights if background characters. Another great factor is that the background characters have some sort of memory or past with the main boys, so they talk about said boys inadvertently. Pretty cool

I'm just so happy to finally be reading this book series!

I don't know how many of you have actually read James Dashner's The Maze Runner series, compared to having only watched the movies. So I read the books about two years ago...and those of you who have finished the series know what broke my heart. I have been waiting SO long for The Death Cure movie. I watched the trailer today and it was amazing! I'm so pumped. There was just one problem. The last line. #page250isreal

I got past PART I which, no offence, was somewhat boring. It was needed to get to know the characters and how they meet, but I was JUST so anxious for Rufus and Mateo to go on adventures together!

The beginning of PART II, however, has begun so well. Their blooming friendship is adorable.

I'm so glad I'm finally reading the series!

I've never read Harry Potter before; I've only watched the movies. I'm already loving this book!
