The books has overall given facts about food history. Recently, the book explained that it is not ethical to always raise a child as a vegan as it may be healthy but will affect a child's overall health negatively, stating that meat and dairy products are necessities of a healthy life, even for just a little bit. My expectations of this book have lowered as I read further and the book repeats itself, with facts.

The book has been stating facts on food production such as the slaughtering of pigs for meat by the hands of the Holmes family who lives on Niman Ranch. The owner has been breeding pigs and sells 2000 a year. Author then speaks of meeting Bill Niman, whos been raising pigs and cattle. The book is repetitive and I would like to learn more about what the title is based on instead of historical food facts and owners.

"The book describes in ways we can make the right decisions in terms of consuming foods. Author states why we should have control over appetite and how weight and specific foods can affect how we think and act in such ways as academics and athletics. I see the book as a guide to helping me make better choices in terms of food. As I read ahead I would like to see more examples of smart and unique food choices.

Katniss and her team go to the Capitol for an assult. However the mission does not go accordingly and Katniss gets trapped further into the Capitol during the assaut. Finnick is killed by the mutt mutations. This is the most interesting part of the book so far and Im looking forward to more tragedies to come, given Katniss' dire position. The plot has an ominous feel to it.

The author gives tips on how serious eating can be and how it influences the ways our bodies grow overtime. So far, the book is very interesting, and I see it as guide to helping me make better choices in terms of food. As I Read ahead I would like to see more examples of food consequences.

The rescue team had successfully rescued Peeta from Capitol prison. Peeta has been brainwashed, as when Katniss comes to hug him, he attacks her, seeing her as a threat and a mutt to all Districts. Doctors fix him while Katniss, Gale, and Finnick prepare for a assault on the Capitol. It is more action filled and suspenseful than calm and narrative. I think the mission will go as planned with some casualties.

Thirteen decided to plan to rescue Peeta as Gale, Finncik and Katniss prepare for an assault. So far the book is very interesting and I would like to see what happens in the rescue mission and if Peeta is alive.

Katniss visits District 8 only to find it in the process of obliteration. Katniss goes to the hospital and is seen by the wounded as a hero. Bombing crafts are redeployed and Katniss and Gale destroy the bomb ships only to have them destroy the hospital. They then return to 13 in shock and awe. As I read further, I would like to see Katniss' next motives against the capitol and expect a big assault on the Capitol.

Connor and Risa, the two unwinds, are similar to Peeta and Katniss in the games. The two have become fugitives and heavily rely on each other, like Katniss and Peeta who formed the "star Crossed lovers" alliance in order to survive. They had just escaped the woods and gone into hiding with other unwinds in an underground sanctuary. The book gets more suspenseful every chapter.

I chose this book because it already felt very suspenseful by the review. This book focuses on the aftermath of a war, which was fought over abortion. The result of this was the government being able to take teens and remove their organs for later use, known as "Harvesting" similar to the government in the Hunger Games taking children during the "Reaping" but using them to fight instead.

"Hunger Games" is an interesting, fictional book that revolves around an impoverished girl named Katniss Everdeen. They live in Panem, in a district where an annual "reaping" takes place where a boy and girl from the twelve districts are chosen fight to the death in an event called the "Hunger Games." The reaping takes place, and Primrose, Katniss' sister is chosen to compete but Katniss takes her place instead.
