Have you ever been reading a middle grade (I know this isn't MG but it sure reads like it!) and then been hit with an explicit sex scene? Because that's what just happened.

This one's gonna hurt. I can already tell.

Y'all, I'm very sad to say that I'm just not loving this book. I have SIX HOURS left of the audio and I'm honestly sitting here debating between a skim read of the rest of the book or DNF'ing it.

This is not at all how I wanted this to go :(
