La verdadera ayuda no consiste en hacer lo que otros nos dicen que tenemos que hacer, sino más bien, en aprender a desarrollar el pensamiento crítico por nosotros mismos, desde nuestras circunstancias, con nuestra perspectiva y tomar las decisiones que más convengan teniendo siempre en cuenta el contexto.
